Earl Grey tea first made its appearance in England around 1830. To create ours, the finest quality black tea is combined with fragrant bergamot and cornflowers for a deeply aromatic cup.

How it tastes: Dynamically refreshing.
To serve one: Heat 250mls of water to 95°C. Add 1 heaped tsps of tea, allow to infuse for 3 minutes; 4 if taken with milk.
