The combination of whole leaf peppermint and spearmint is distinctly refreshing and suitable to drink any time. Mint tea has long been considered an aid for digestion, so try a cup after lunch or supper.

How it tastes: Refreshingly minty.
To serve one: Heat 250mls of water to 100°C. Add 2 heaped tsps, allow to infuse for 5-10 minutes
and enjoy.
Why it’s special: The use of peppermint and spearmint in tea can be traced back to the time of the Egyptians. Traditionally, Fresh Mint tea is imbibed to calm the digestive system, as well as providing that much-loved minty taste.
