The moringa tea leaf produces a crystal-clear golden liquor. Hailed as the latest superfood to reach the West, moringa is found extensively throughout the world. Every part of the moringa tree can be utilised, especially as a source of food, oil or fuel.

How it tastes: Clean and lightly herbal.
To serve one: Heat 250mls of water to 100°C. Add 1 heaped tsp, allow to infuse for 10 minutes
