For purchases made online we cannot accept and refund in store. For all orders bought online we will happily refund you within 30 days of purchase; email us at info@kanukatea.com

 

Returning an item to the website that has been purchased from our tea house
For purchases made in store we cannot accept and refund online. For all orders bought in store please return them to the store. We will happily refund you within 30 days of purchase.

FAQS:

Can I try before I buy the tea?
Every day we have two teas out to sample for free. Also, in our St Albans store you can purchase a full cup of tea to taste it before you choose to have it to make at home.

What if the item is damaged when it arrives or I am sent the wrong item?
Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the item by email us at info@kanukatea.com

Can I return my order?
Yes, if the item is in the same condition as we sold it, we will happily refund you within 30 days of purchase.

How am I refunded if I paid using Paypal?
You will be refunded via PayPal.

What if I paid using an E-voucher/Gift Card?
We will happily refund the credit on to the E-voucher/Gift Card not cash.
